Week One: Initial Review and Audit

Week Two: Alignment Discussions

During the second week, upon reviewing the marketing audit, we will facilitate discussions to align your business marketing operations with your future 1, 5 and 10 year goals. 

Week Three: Marketing Plan Development

In the third week, we will focus on creating a detailed and actionable plan for your business, prioritized by urgency and ROI measurement. The plan will be tailored directly to your business but will include things such as, competitor analysis, goal setting, target market and positioning, marketing channels, tactics, and a detailed action plan.​

Week Four: Plan Presentation and Debrief 

We present the marketing plan to you, allowing time for thorough review. Then we can schedule a debrief call to address any questions, finalize details, and outline the next steps. Ensuring that all team members are on the same page regarding the business objectives and the steps needed to reach them.
